It provides excellent all-day comfort, outstanding lumbar support, and has plenty of adjustable features that make it easy to customize for your needs.\nWhen I contacted SHIOO about an issue with my chair, Lin & Cindy responded promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. The entire process was straightforward, communication was clear, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the experience.\nProducts can occasionally have issues, but what truly matters is how a company responds. SHIOO demonstrated a level of customer service that is increasingly rare, and their commitment to customer satisfaction left a lasting positive impression on me.\nThank you to Lin, Cindy and the SHIOO team for the outstanding support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SHIOO to anyone looking for a comfortable, highly adjustable office chair backed by excellent customer service.\nCelene","dateCreated":"2026-10-01T21:01:10.788Z","dateUpdated":"2026-10-01T21:01:10.788Z","helpfulCount":0,"isRecommended":true,"languageCode":"en","productHandle":"sihoo-doro-c300-ergonomic-office-chair","productImageUrl":"https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0632/8192/2264/files/C300-b_x280.webp?v=1744277516","productName":"Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair","productUrl":"//www.sihoo.com/products/sihoo-doro-c300-ergonomic-office-chair","rating":5,"reviewer":{"displayName":"Celene P.","isVerified":true,"verifiedStatus":"Verified Reviewer"},"isIncentivized":false,"status":"approved","title":"Exceptional Customer Service","unhelpfulCount":0},{"subscriberId":"eb1bc8c6-9e12-4255-bc70-775461000354","reviewId":"a6749c11-1d90-46fe-a9ee-c517787442e0","subscriberId_productId":"eb1bc8c6-9e12-4255-bc70-775461000354:shopify-7958004564184","productId":"shopify-7958004564184","body":"Was recommended by a friend who purchased this version. I noted the pro v2 version as well but chose this version based on the recommendation and being in the \"sweet spot\" for size and weight (5 feet 10 inches and 190 lbs).
